Football: Junior running back Nathan DeBeikes deserves attention

College recruiters searching for a running back in the class of 2013 might want to stop by Thousand Oaks High, where 6-foot-2 Nathan DeBeikes rushed for 1,303 yards and 11 touchdowns as a junior. He also averaged nine tackles as a linebacker.

The Lancers should be able to score some points this fall with DeBeikes and returning quarterback Clark Abourisk.
