Boys' basketball: Gardena Serra knocks off Bishop Montgomery
In a game for first place in the Del Rey League, Gardena Serra received 24 points and 14 rebounds from Daddy Ugbede to defeat Torrance Bishop Montgomery, 54-43.
Serra is 22-2 overall and 6-0 in league. Serra played without one of its best players, Kajon Mack, who was ill.
