Palisades Coach James Paleno is searching for help via social media. His team has a showdown home game on Monday at 5:30 p.m. against Westchester for the Western League championship. Home-court advantage should mean something, but what happens if no students show up?

Palisades has no school on Monday or Tuesday. It’s the semester break, so Paleno is hoping his players get on Facebook and Twitter to get students out.

He has no idea how to use either, but one of his players, Tyler Hildreth, is using Paleno’s name on his Twitter account.

‘It’s not me,’ Paleno said.

The fake James Paleno is expected to seek fan support this weekend.
