Baseball: The Trevor Bauer way

Former Newhall Hart and UCLA pitcher Trevor Bauer has his own YouTube channel, and he has posted some of his workout techniques and mechanics in slow motion.

Considering how successful Bauer has been, high school pitchers will certainly be interested.

Bauer was a first-round pick of the Arizona Diamondbacks in June and could be in the major leagues this season.
