Football: Gabe Marks commits to Washington State

All-City receiver Gabe Marks of Venice has committed to Washington State. He just came back from a recruiting visit.

"Everything about the school and the people was good," Marks said.

Marks previously had been committed to Southern Methodist.

Former Venice running back Teondray Caldwell enrolled at Washington State on Monday and is one of Marks' best friends.

Another Venice player, Jayshawn Lowe, is committed to New Mexico State.
