Boys’ basketball: More fun coming this week in Mission League

As if the wild finishes in the Mission League haven’t produced enough fun for fans, this week’s showdown games should add more thrills.

On Monday night, Loyola hosts Crespi and Alemany hosts Chaminade. On Wednesday, Loyola hosts Alemany.

Here are the standings: Crespi (18-2, 5-1), Alemany (16-3, 5-1), Loyola (15-2, 4-2), Chaminade (13-6, 3-3), Harvard-Westlake (11-7, 3-3), St. Francis (8-12, 1-5), Notre Dame (9-11, 0-6).

Notre Dame might be in last place, but it lost on buzzer-beaters to first-place Crespi and fourth-place Chaminade this past week.
