The Baseline League opener on Tuesday night between Etiwanda and Glendora became a mismatch. Sophomore Jordan McLaughlin made six three-pointers and finished with 21 points in Etiwanda’s 56-35 victory.

Etiwanda is 15-1, and its man-to-man defense took down another good opponent.

In the Foothill League, Canyon Country Canyon, ranked No. 1 in Division 2AA, improved to 16-1 overall and 1-0 in league with a 76-59 win over Saugus.
