Football: Troy Thomas is set to join the TV media

With Anaheim Servite eliminated from the football playoffs, Coach Troy Thomas will become a media commentator, interviewer and pundit for Fox Sports West this weekend, appearing on pregame, halftime and postgame shows.

‘I definitely would rather be coaching,’ Thomas said. ‘It’s unfamiliar territory. We’ll see how I do.’

Thomas will be at Oaks Christian on Friday night and at Angel Stadium on Saturday night.
