Football: De La Salle wins state Open Division title

It’s all over at Home Depot Center in Carson, where Concord De La Salle won its third straight CIF state championship Open Division crown with a 35-0 rout of Westlake Village Westlake.

The Spartans (13-1) racked up 449 yards and built an insurmountable 21-0 halftime lead. The Warriors (14-1) gained 248 yards and were just three of 11 on third-down conversions.
