Boys' basketball: Unbeaten Brentwood prepares for big test

First-year Coach Ryan Bailey, a former Loyola assistant, has Brentwood off to a 7-0 start. The Eagles will get their first stiff test on Friday from unbeaten Riverside North (5-0) in the Mission Prep tournament in San Luis Obispo.

Also in the tournament is Woodland Hills Taft, which is scheduled to unveil 6-foot-7 Compton transfer Anthony Janauary.

Fairfax leaves Thursday to play in a tournament in Hawaii.
