Softball: Get ready for an ECR-Carson rematch

Is it too early to predict a rematch in the 2012 City Section softball championship game between Carson and Woodland Hills El Camino Real? Last season, Carson won its first title, 6-3, over the 13-time champion Conquistadores.
Next week, standout players will be signing letters of intent, which means they’ll be back for their senior year.
Catcher Brittany Moeai of Carson is signing with UCLA after hitting .580 with 12 home runs as a junior. Pitcher Karyn Wright of El Camino Real is signing with Portland State. Another Carson standout, shortstop Darian Tautalafua, is signing with Long Beach State.
