November 30, 2011 | 11:04 am

With two games remaining in the City Section football season, the competition for player of the year is considered wide open. But the competition is heating up. Here's your chance to express an opinion as to who should be the City player of the year.

The top candidates are quarterback Troy Williams of Narbonne, quarterback Kenny Potter of San Pedro, receiver Gabe Marks of Venice, defensive end Jeremiah Allison of Dorsey, running back De'Jon Coleman of Arleta and running back Robert Lewis of South East.
