Football: Nike supporting East L.A. Classic

Nike is going to host pep rallies at Los Angeles Garfield and Los Angeles Roosevelt and a tailgate party open to students only on Friday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at East Los Angeles College as part of the East Los Angeles Classic set for Friday night.

Students will receive food and a T-shirt at the tailgate party, and there's going to be lots of music.

Nike also collaborated with graphic artist Joel Garcia to create a pennant banner in which the winning school from Friday's game will get to take home and hang on campus.
