Football: De'Jon Coleman goes for City Section record

Running back De'Jon Coleman of Arleta has 42 touchdowns this season, and he'll try to break the City Section record of 46 in an East Valley League title decider Thursday at 2:15 p.m. at Arleta against Verdugo Hills.

"I want that record so bad," Coleman said.

He also wants to help his team win a league title, because that's probably the only way the Mustangs will be able to make the City Section Division I playoffs.
