Two of the top girls’ basketball prospects on the West Coast, Jordan Adams and Nirra Fields, both of Santa Ana Mater Dei, have yet to announce their college choice. They could wait until the first day to sign a letter of intent on Nov. 9.

USC is making a strong push to land Adams, a point guard. Fields, who played last season at Oak Hill Academy in Virginia and lives with new Lakers Coach Mike Brown, is being wooed by UCLA, Louisville, Miami and Oklahoma, among others.
