Football: Unbeaten Lompoc continues to dominate

Lompoc is 7-0 and dominating its competition. The latest victim was Morro Bay, which lost, 52-8, to the Braves.

Lompoc has won 13 consecutive games. The Braves have an outstanding junior running back in Lavon Coleman, who gained 183 yards in 12 carries and scored two touchdowns against Morro Bay.

Coleman, 6 feet, 195 pounds, usually only plays a little more than half the game because the team opens such a huge lead, and the scary part about Lompoc is that it’s loaded with underclassmen.
