Football: Interception gives Carson 24-16 lead
Daniel Cortez intercepted a shovel pass and returned it eight yards for a touchdown at the outset of the third quarter to give Carson a 24-16 lead over Narbonne.
Narbonne missed on a 24-yard field goal with 8:49 left in the quarter.
