Football: Grant gets miracle victory over North Hollywood

Facing a fourth-and-long on its own 40 with under a minute left, Van Nuys Grant executed a double pass play that resulted in a game-winning reception by Ahmad Goss, enabling the Lancers to defeat North Hollywood, 18-14, on Friday night in an East Valley League game.

It was Grant’s first victory of the season. The Lancers trailed, 14-12, until their final touchdown.
