Football: Santa Margarita's Mr. Automatic

Extra points are no sure thing these days. So many schools have trouble finding kickers, or the snapper is no good, or the holder can't get his timing down.

That's why what Santa Margarita kicker John McGrory has accomplished is so impressive.

He's 80 for 80 on conversion kicks. Perfection. Someone who can be counted on to come through, along with his snapper and holder.

I hope I didn't jinx anyone by mentioning it.
