Football: QB Clark Livingston to have appeal hearing
La Habra quarterback Clark Livingston, a transfer from Orange Lutheran who was declared ineligible by the Southern Section, will have a CIF state appeals hearing on Oct. 25, according to the Whittier Daily News.
