Football: Fremont to dedicate stadium in honor of Ricky Bell

The late Ricky Bell, a running back who starred at L.A. Fremont, USC and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, will be honored Friday night with a dedication ceremony of the Ricky Bell Memorial Stadium at Fremont High. Bell died in 1984.
