Receiver Sedric Hill of Huntington Beach Edison has won his appeal from a CIF panel and gained eligibility after transferring from Santa Ana Mater Dei, according to OCVarsity.com.

Edison Coach Dave White is scheduled to serve a one-game suspension later against Garfield for pre-enrollment contact. The team opens it season this weekend in Hawaii.
