Boys’ basketball: Adidas Nations tournament comes to Los Angeles

Top 18-and-under basketball players from eight international teams will be competing this weekend in the Adidas Nations tournament from Friday through Monday at The HAX in Hawthorne and Cal State Dominguez Hills. The championship game will be at 4 p.m. on Monday at Dominguez Hills.

Among the local players participating are Santa Ana Mater Dei’s Xavier Johnson and Shaqquan Aaron, former Crenshaw player Isaac Hamilton, Orange Lutheran’s Gabe York and Harvard-Westlake’s Zena Edosomwan.
