Baseball: Henry Owens signs with Boston Red Sox for $1.55 million
Former Edison left-hander Henry Owens has reportedly signed with the Boston Red Sox, agreeing on a $1.55 million bonus. That amount is nearly double what is believed to be the recommendation of the Commissioner's office for someone taken in Owens' slot in the supplemental first round.
