The top seven-on-seven passing tournament of the summer should be next Saturday’s tournament at Huntington Beach Edison. The 16-team field looks strong from top to bottom.

Long Beach Poly deserves the favorite’s role. It will be the first chance to gauge the skill players at Corona Centennial. Santa Ana Mater Dei will try to build on its success at the Dana Hills tournament. Action starts at 9 a.m. Championship play begins at 1 p.m.
