Volleyball: Ryan Sikorsky is City player of the year

Ryan Sikorsky of Granada Hills has been selected the City Section player of the year in Division I boys' volleyball. Cesar Medina of L.A. Jordan was named the player of the year in Division II. Raymond Gonzalez of Elizabeth was the small schools MVP.
