Softball: Camarillo wins Division 2 championship

Sarah Shadinger pitched a four-hitter with two strikeouts, Bianca Noriega opened the scoring with a solo home run and Kristie Dederick had RBI singles in the fourth and fifth innings as fourth-seeded Camarillo shook off three errors to beat La Mirada 5-1 in the Southern Section Division 2 final at Deanna Manning Stadium in Irvine.

One game remains to be played... the Division 1 final between Anaheim Canyon and Corona Santiago.
