Football: Marshall, South East win appeals to drop to Division II

Los Angeles Marshall and South East, originally moved up to City Section Division I for this fall, have won their appeals to drop back down to Division II in football.

Schools have until next week to appeal. The only school still deciding is Banning, which was placed in Division II. The Pilots are trying to decide if they should play in Division I.
