Football: Banning decides it wants to play Division I

Wilmington Banning was put in City Section Division II football based on its performance in recent years, but the school decided it wanted to play in Division I, and its appeal to the football advistory committee was granted.

That finalizes the divisions in the City Section for 2011.

Marshall and South East won appeals to drop from Division I to Division II.
