Five former local prep standouts are predicted first-round picks in the mock NBA Draft from Sports Illustrated.
They are Derrick Williams from La Mirada (No. 2), Kawhi Leonard from Riverside King (No. 7), Klay Thompson from Santa Margarita (No. 17), Jordan Hamilton from Compton Dominguez (No. 18) and Darius Morris from L.A. Windward (No. 23).
The draft is next Thursday.
