Baseball: USA Baseball names trials rosters

Lots of local players have been named to the USA Baseball 18U, 16U and 14U national team trials rosters.
The 18U national team trials will be taking place Monday through Thursday in Cary, N.C.
Among the players selected for the 18U trials are Chase DeJong from Long Beach Wilson, Max Fried from Van Nuys Montclair Prep, Cole Irvin from Anaheim Servite, Lucas Giolito from Studio City Harvard-Westlake, Rio Ruiz from La Puente Bishop Amat, Jeremy Martinez and Ty Moore from Santa Ana Mater Dei and Hunter Virant from Camarillo.
