Baseball: Brewers draft Trent Boras, son of agent Scott Boras

The Milwaukee Brewers drafted JSerra infielder Trent Boras, who’s the son of agent Scott Boras, in the 30th round.

Corona Centennial outfielder Daniel Arellano went to the Braves in the 39th round. In the 40th round, Torrance infielder Trent Gilbert went to the Marlins. In the 41st round, the Padres picked St. John Bosco shortstop Dante Flores.

Los Osos pitcher Andrew Vasquez went to the Royals in the 44th round. Oaks Christian pitcher Travis Radke was chosen by the Reds in the 45th round. Catcher Victor Munoz of Claremont went to the Dodgers in the 46th round, and infielder Eddie Solomon from Beaumont went to the Padres. Outfielder Cody Stewart of Great Oak went to the Yankees in the 50th round.
