Pitcher Bowdien Derby from Pasadena La Salle threw four shutout innings to help the South defeat the North, 7-0, in the second game of the North-South Series at San Diego State.
Dallas Bacon from Newhall Hart had two hits and two RBIs. Cody Ramer from Simi Valley had two hits and two RBIs.
