For the first time since 2001, Redlands has clinched at least a share of the Citrus Belt League championship, and leading the way have been a pair of sophomores, pitcher Angel Landazuri and catcher Jacob Nottingham.

Landazuri is 8-1 with a 2.42 ERA. Nottingham is batting .476 with 38 RBIs. Junior second baseman Brian Ruhm also has been a major contributor with a .443 average.

Redlands is 21-4 and 11-3 and will compete in the Southern Section Division 2 playoffs. The Terriers have a one-game lead over Yucaipa going into their regular-season finale against Fontana on Thursday.
