Irvine Woodbridge has been relying on Brandon Horth all season, and he came through in a 2-1 victory over No. 2-seeded Quartz Hill in a Southern Section Division 3 playoff upset.

Horth threw a four-hitter with 10 strikeouts.

This season, he’s batting .466 with 48 hits. He also has an 0.93 ERA.
