There might not be a better pitching matchup on Friday than the game featuring Oxnard and junior left-hander Jayson Balades, a Pepperdine commit, taking on host Camarillo and junior left-hander Hunter Virant, a UCLA commit.

They are the top two teams in the Pacific View League. Game time is 3:15 p.m.
