Arizona State’s receiving corps will have a Long Beach look and feel to it in a couple of years.

Four Long Beach Poly juniors -- receivers Josiah Blandin, Richard Smith, Randall Goforth and linebacker Salamo Fiso -- have committed to the Arizona State, giving the Sun Devils a nice head start on their 2012 recruiting class.

Smith led the Jackrabbits in receiving yards in 2010, averaging 25.96 yards per catch and eight touchdowns. Goforth and Blandin finished second and fourth, respectively, in receiving yards.

It should be fun watching these four players perform as seniors as Poly looks to rebound following a somewhat disappointing (at least by Poly standards) 8-3 season and first-round playoff exit.

And it’ll be just as interesting to see if all of these players still have their hearts set on Arizona State when national signing day rolls around in 10 months.
