Boys’ basketball: Rob Bloom takes over at Westlake

After serving as co-coach last season, Rob Bloom has taken over as the head coach at Westlake Village Westlake.
Tom Donahue, the Westlake varsity coach for the last nine years, will coach a lower-level team.
Bloom was the long-time coach at North Hollywood before moving to Ventura County.
