Ryan Garvey had two hits and two RBIs, John Schuknecht had two hits and Jonathan Serven contributed two hits and an RBI to help Palm Desert defeat Chino, 6-3. Palm Desert is 17-4 this season.
Tesoro defeated Anaheim Western, 7-2. Scott Hahn hit a three-run home run and finished with four RBIs.
St. Francis defeated Pasadena La Salle, 5-2, in eight innings. Anders Schraer had two hits and two RBIs.
Dana Hills defeated Valencia, 3-2, in the first game of a doubleheader and 8-0 in the second. Palos Verdes pounded Woodland Hills Taft, 14-1.
Five Simi Valley pitchers combined on a one-hitter to defeat Downey, 3-0.
