Boys’ basketball: Poly 19, Centennial 12

After scoring eight straight points to open the game Long Beach Poly has a 19-12 at the end of the first quarter in the Southern Section Division 1AA championship game at the Anaheim Convention Center.

Alexis Moore has seven points for Poly. Michael Caffey leads Centennial with six points.
