Boys' basketball: Corona Centennial comes out scorching

Corona Centennial made nine of its first 11 shots to take a 24-9 lead over Woodland Hills Taft and finished the first quarter with a 30-21 lead.

Gelaun Wheelwright scored 12 points and Dominique Dunning eight points in the quarter.
