Boys’ basketball: All-star game comes to Fullerton

BallisLife is putting on national and regional all-star basketball games on April 6 at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. at Cal State Fullerton.

Among the players in the national game are Wesley Saunders from L.A. Windward, Cezar Guerrero from St. John Bosco, Byron Wesley from Etiwanda, Damiene Cain from North Hollywood Harvard-Westlake and Norvel Pelle from Los Angeles Price.

In the regional game, Taft’s C.J. Blackwell, Kevin Johnson and Stephen Maxwell are scheduled to play for one team. Corona Centennial’s Mike Caffey, Gelaun Wheelwright and Dominique Dunning will be on the other team.

Also scheduled to play are Crenshaw’s Darnell Taylor, La Verne Lutheran’s C.J. Cooper and Bruce English, Simi Valley’s Jonathan Davis and Dorsey’s Dillon Biggs.
