Baseball: Valencia-Chatsworth final is at Stengel Field

The championship game of the Easton tournament will match Valencia (4-0) and Chatsworth (4-0) on at 6:30 p.m. Saturday at Stengel Field in Glendale.
Chatsworth still has available pitcher Angel Rodriguez. The Chancellors also have a Monday night game scheduled against La Puente Bishop Amat at USC.
Chatsworth’s pitching staff has taken a bit of a hit because of the unavailability of All-City pitcher Christian Lopez, who was shut down last month because of a sore arm. He’s still several weeks away from being available.
In a semifinal game of the Royal tournament, Simi Valley Royal is playing at Sherman Oaks Notre Dame on Friday.
