Football: Gardena Serra will have nine signees

Gardena Serra Coach Scott Altenberg said nine of his players are accepting college football scholarships. He knows where eight are going, with only defensive back Marqise Lee undecided.

Quarterback Conner Preston has already enrolled at SMU. The other signees will be receiver George Farmer (USC), linebacker Jason Gibson (California), lineman David Maola (Arizona State), lineman Suli Faletuipapai (Fresno State), linebacker Woodson Greer (Colorado), running back Shaquille Richard (Portland State) and receiver Louis Murray (Stonybrook).
