Boys' basketball: What a Final Four in Division 1AA

The Southern Section Division 1AA semifinals are set, and it will be four elite teams matching up on Tuesday at the Anaheim Convention Center.

Etiwanda defeated Valencia, 70-58. Byron Wesley scored 27 points and Jordan Daniels had 12 points and eight assists. Etiwanda will play No. 1 Long Beach Poly, which defeated Montebello, 74-65.

Santa Ana Mater Dei received 26 points from Xavier Johnson to defeat Rialto Eisenhower, 82-62. Katin Reinhardt added 24 points. The Monarchs will face Corona Centennial, which defeated Upland, 74-58.

In 1A, Loyola defeated Montclair, 86-57. Julian Harrell had 18 points and Joe Stein 17.

In 2A, Cerritos Gahr defeated Riverside North, 71-63.

In 3A, Harvard-Westlake defeated Cerritos, 73-58. Zena Edosomwan had 21 points and 19 rebounds. Damiene Cain had 23 points. Encino Crespi defeated Artesia, 70-42. Matt Mounier had 16 points.

In 4AA, Mission Hills Alemany defeated La Puente Bishop Amat, 85-59. Jordan Fuller led the way with 22 points. Atascadero ended the season of Bellflower St. John Bosco and Cezar Guerrero, 60-47. Guerrero had 30 points.
