Andre Chevalier was one of the best coaches in the City Section when he was at Reseda Cleveland, and he’s working his magic at Westlake Village Oaks Christian.
He has the Lions on the verge of a Southern Section Division 4A championship after they pulled out a 56-54 overtime victory over Inglewood Morningside in the semifinals.
Dillon van der Wal, a hero for the section champion football team, scored with 1.5 seconds remaining. Oaks Christian will face Sherman Oaks Buckley in the final.
