For the second consecutive year, California will not be represented on the boys’ team for the McDonald’s All-American game that will be played March 30 at the Chicago United Center.

It’s not a surprise. Finding a senior who has the complete package this season is difficult. Last season, though, top players such as Allen Crabbe from Los Angeles Price and Dwayne Polee Jr. from Westchester were not chosen.

Each has become a starter in college; Crabbe for California and Polee for St. John’s.
