The City Section rules committee reversed itself on Monday, removing a sanction against the San Fernando wrestling team that prevented its athletes from competing in the City Section championshps.

Barbara Fiege, the City Section commissioner, said the committee decided not to punish the athletes for decisions made by administrators, allowing them to compete at the championships. San Fernando will not be eligible for the team title as a result of punishment for using an ineligible wrestler the last three years.
