North Hollywood Harvard-Westlake basketball player Danilo Dragovic is still trying to gain eligibility for this season and has a court hearing scheduled for next week.

The 6-foot-5 Dragovic, a senior, came to Southern California from Serbia and is the younger brother of former UCLA player Nikola Dragovic. He attended San Marcos High last season, transferred to Harvard-Westlake but was denied eligibility by the Southern Section. A CIF appeals panel rejected his appeal.

His first attempt to gain eligibility through the courts failed last month. He played junior varsity last season, which he did not realize would make him ineligible for varsity this season.
