Football: Nelson Spruce commits to Colorado

Nelson Spruce, who has caught 36 touchdown passes the last two seasons at Westlake Village Westlake, said Saturday he has committed to Colorado.

‘I felt Colorado is the best place for me,’ Spruce said.
